Now i signed up and completed like a 7 page survey. Am i supposted to upgrade my account and pay like 20 bucks? It says nothing in the description about upgrade account. When i sign up theres alot of options in there so is that all i have to do?
Most of their offers say like "sign up with valid credit card" etc...this does not...

My guess would be yes...sounds like a crappy offer though...
