When I started here another member came to me offering $20 paypal in exchange for completing an offer. I signed up for the site and went green a couple days later. It has now been the better part of a week and still no word from him on my payment. He had a 30+ TR and he was very prompt in replying to my questions and messages before I went green, but once I asked for my payment, I have not heard from him since.
I tried messaging him twice, emailing him once, and IMing him. Right now he is on IM, but is ignoring me. He is not away or idle but will not respond to my messages.
What should I do about this?
EDIT I recieved payment within minutes of starting this thread. Thanks for everyone's help!

check when his last post was, or how frequently he does post......if he is posting alot and he is still ignoring you, then contact a mod and see what they say, see what they can find out about him. also see if you can find out by doing a search for his username and see if there is anyone else saying stuff about him.
in the meantime continue to try and speak to him, it wont do any harm.

I just received payment. Thank you everyone for your help. He said he might be leaving the forum. Apparently this is not the first time it has taken some urging to get him to pay. Once again, I appriciate the prompt response on everyone's part and I am glad to bring this to a close

generic00001 doesn't have a choice in leaving, I've personally escorted him out the door.

UPDATE I spoke to generic00001 and I have decided to lift the ban, primarily because of his excellent Trade Record. Please contact me if you encounter any further problems with this user.
