Creating custom sigs

As I've been surfing around the forum, I've noticed that everyone seems to have different sigs listing which sites they have received stuff from as an image, which is great because my sig list is starting to get really long. Is everyone here making their own images, or is there a template or tool that you can use to generate one?

I think pretty much everyone makes it themselves. You can try getting Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and messing around with it. Or maybe someone on here would be kind enough to make one for you.
