I was just curious how each company verifies the referals before they ship. Is it a matter of different credit card numbers on the offers, or different email addresses. I guess I am not really sure why there would be a case in which an offer would not go through once the need referals are obtained.

they check your name, mailing address, IP address, e-mail, i dont think they can check CC's since thats with the company you do the offer for.
they also check the same and probably more for both you and your refs.....if one or more of your refs has broken the TOS then they will more than likely be put on hold.
