I literaly just signed up at freeipod.com and i am not familiar with much about getting referals and trading and all that stuff, the only thing the website said about it was go to a bunch of message boards and post there, well did that, its a pain in the ass i got booted from most of them for spamming...so what do i do now?

Tell friends and co-workers, but don't be too pushy.

Pay your coworkers that don't want to sign up, if they've never done blockbuster before say, I'll pay you 10.00 to try blockbuster online, it'll cover an entire month of movie rentals. Then give them your link and explain what they need to do to get your 10.00.
Just make sure you read the Terms! Don't let people sign up from the same network as you.
If you want to trade on here offer to do 2 other sites for 1 freeipod referral. If you're wanting to pay for referrals on here it'll cost you 35-40 a referral (which is too much if you need 5).

Basically most people you talk to will have a hard time believing that these sites are not scams so as stated earlier it helps to offer to pay for anything they are required to sign up for. That removes the biggest obsticle, the wallet.
I agree the ipod prices here are insane... People have a hard time keeping the prices low.
Trading is slow, but it is cheap.
