Hey, I'm absoultley new to this free stuff. I haven't signed up for anything yet. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial or something? lol. Also what's the deal with webcertificates and how can I get one? I just wanna get some free stuff!

I know OC cares about age I'm not totally sure about Gratis
They dont care about age that much....

i was under the impression that Gratis required you to be 18 or older to sign up, but upon reading through their terms and conditions again i couldnt find any age requirements.
