Has anyone ever gotten a confirmation email from video profesor? Im asking because I did this offer and I didnt get one. Should I have gotten one?

I never got one, but still got credit so i don't think you're supposed to.

They are bitches with email. I called and got a return authorization # and put it in a notepad file. They never emailed me the # as a backup and my computer reset, so now I have to call and get another.

I got one when I did Vid. Prof. Online today. But I did Video Prof. months ago , so i can't remember (it was my first offer.)

I also haven't received either a confirmation email or credit for the video professor offer.

Well I got a confirmation e-mail but still haven't gotten credit yet, so we'll see.
I completed the Video Professor offer a few weeks ago and did not receive a confirmation email. I also did not receive credit for it and had to be 'manually credited' thru Gratis. But there was no resistance in that.

I never got a confirmation email from Video Professor Disks but did with video prof. online. That reminds me, I must call them. ;)
