I'm doing freepsps and my family member is doing a referral for me, he signed up at one house, is it possible that he completes the offer at another house? he has moved since he signed up, or will he be put on hold?

Unfortunately, Gratis keeps hold of the IP you signed up with. Your best bet would be to tell him to hold off on completing the offer, contact Gratis and then explain the situation thoroughly, then advise your friend to sign up again and complete the offer at a different computer. Most likely, you will be put on hold while going through approval.

Im pretty sure it wont matter.
If I understand correctly he signed up with 1 ip (unique?) and is going to complete an offer on a different one (unique?) ?
If thats the case I think its ok. Someone correct me if im wrong.
