silvermage is banned?

Hi,

silvermage contacted me thru aim wanting me to setup another trade and when I went in to setup a trade it was showing him as banned. We completed 3 trades and all is well with all my sites. He also said he hasn't traded with anyone else and that I was the only one he had ever traded with. I do know he was having troubles with his internet connections when he first started. He is wondering why he is banned? Could someone tell me and could it be fixed if it is something to do with his internet connection?

It appears he was banned for registering or trading from a webhost IP. Accessing sites via webhost IP is a sure sign of proxy usage, and we don't allow the use of proxies here (nor do freebie sites).
