I have done two trades with them one of which went green the other still pending. I paid for green which went red a day later. I was given the money back. I sent in support ticket to see what was the hold for and I got a message saying that we were both using the same ip address. The site already has my identification which matches my sign on information but still will not take off hold for me. What can I do to fix this and clear my name? How could the same ip address show up for two different locations?
Please Help!!!!!!
