They were the same user and were both banned.

I guess I dodged a bullet. Mesnol wanted to do my Trainn, but I wouldn't pay him until I could approve his green. He never contacted me again.

DOH! Scammer number 7 & 8 for me ( What the hell? Why am I a scammer target? ? Maybe it's my nerdy screen name LOL lol cry ! I went ahead and filed a claim with Paypal, I really hope I can get my $50 back.

If you receive a PM (especially one in stilted English) from a brand new user with 0 posts in the forum asking to trade greens for cash, PLEASE report the user to me ASAP.

hecint is the same too. i was just scammed $33 by this person. How can I get my money back? and what should I contact trainn and tell them that those two greens should be red?

I also lost $50 to this jerk. The Paypal claim is for you to try to get your money back. Just log into Paypal and click on the transaction with him. At the bottom you should see something like "report a problem". File the complaint then on that page, you should see the option to "discontinue contact with seller and escalate to a claim".

Is hcnoos the same person too?

Alright, my reports on the 2 transactions are in. I hope this guy is brought to justice.

I believe it is him. I filed 4 claims against him. and several others have too. Paypal must have put a stop to his antics.

A thought occurred to me. This guy might be a broker. If so then this whole thing is a shame. I would have let him do all my referrals. He nearly did half of them and still wanted to do more. So far he is still green and its been more the 3 days since his first green for me.

Hcnoos went red on my Trainn site. Never paid him, he PM'ed me once to tell me he was green and I never heard from him again.

I just went thru approval on youripodtouch4free and and mesnol (which I figured would go red since seeing this thread a few days ago) has went red. What do I do next just go straight and file a claim. If so, do I escalate right after filing. Sorry never done this before can someone help me.

I also had another referral to go red. Do I need to start another thread. He is from this forum but hasn't been back on since I paid him. His username is wesicad.

Contact a mod about wesicad. They will let you know if you should start a new thread.

Awesome! I got my $25 from hcnoos back but I am still waiting for benyink & mesnol. It says that he has until today(2/6) to respond or I win the claim. I guess they give him until midnight? I really hope that I get my other $50 back.

Glad to hear some of you are having success. Just an update, we are working hard on making some adjustments to our back-end that should significantly reduce this type of scamming in the future.
