Scammer Alert - Ipod2Guide [UPDATE - SEE FIRST POST]

For those of you who doubt PayPal's willingness to rule in favor of the 'scammed' trader in these situations, due to it being an issue of 'intangible goods,' I'm happy to report that I have received a 'reversal' of my payment for this scammer's green (that subsequently went red). I never expected to recover it - chalked it up to 'live and learn,' but PP has come through. If there are others who have paid this scammer via PayPal, and have not yet attempted to open a case with PayPal against him, I urge you to do so - perhaps a precedence will make it easier for the next person.

This person asked to do my cash.customorderthis.com site and another one as well. I only like to set up one trade at a time with each user who contacts me. I will not pay this user, but he probably won't say green anyway.

I think this guy was busy today. I got a pm from him and with his 0 TR I just deleted it. I could just tell he was no good. Some scammers aren't very smart.

I look at the number and content of the posts, especially if the trader seems too enthusiastic. If you find all the posts to different people in a short time asking to go green, beware. If you find no posts, also beware. Someone with 0 TR, 0 posts and this is their first day but they go green in 5 seconds flat, definitely beware!!
Actually I've been scammed by people with a higher TR than me and lots of posts too, so, hey you win some you lose some.

Well some one with poor grammar, does not mean they are scammer, just that they are not as good at the grammar or other things as some. The ones that have went red on me had great grammar. So this is not a right what you are saying.

Both my sites ran this trader, and both are on hold now.
Ipod2Guide has contacted me, and expressed some willingness to refund any reds. Will keep all posted.

I too just did a trade with him for yourfreeiphone and 80dollars.allfreebieworld.
I saw this after trade was initiated. He is still green but, I guess I am gonna wait to pay until things hash out. So if I get slandered by him for not paying on green like trade stated this is why.
If he is honest then he will understand why I am waiting, if not then I guess he knew he would go red.

Went green for me on sony.v-bux. Everything looks okay so far. I have payment on final approval in my trade thread and when this user PM'd me to tell me the paypal addy and all to pay them, I wrote them back and thanked them and said that as soon as I get final approval I will send the money.

If everyone would stick to paying on approval we can avoid things like this. It takes longer to get greens but its much better than the alternative.

You had two referred accounts under our network, both with different personal information. You completed offers for one member, and then you made another account to complete offers for Papillion.
Having multiple accounts and being referred by two different members is considered fraud and cannot be tolerated by our network.

That is absurd! Customorderthis said they would check any ref I have that I think is suspicious. They realize we all need to work together. Their support is some of the best I've seen. Vbux has great support as well.

I won in paypal, but they were not able to pay me. He had no money in his paypal account, they said they took action to get my money back. But I guess I have lost that $55, last time they said that I never got my money from the person.
But I won, not that makes me feel better cry
