It appears the matter can be cleared up with a verification document, but this user has not replied to my pm's.
I have also requested a refund if the user cannot rectify the situation, but no response.

He went red for me several weeks ago, & I've got nothing for it. He said he would give me a refund, but he never did. He did however refund a couple of people, so maybe you'll get lucky. I guess he just didn't like me.
