nbonsu26 is a scammer!!!

Hi, i recently traded with nbonsu26 and he has yet to refund me.

I payed him in advance $19 because he said he needed to refill his pre-paid credit card.

So a week after this went by, i contacted him again and he said he still need' more time.

So i patiently waited for him to go green, and he failed to do that.

So i filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim.
He then contact's me saying he'll do the site's by Friday.

THIS IS ALMOST A MONTH AND HE HAS YET TO REFUND ME OR EVEN DO A OFFER ON MY SITE!



Here's the screen shot of the day i sent him the $19 for one site.

I will be posting this on FIPG, A4F, FLR, AND RS until i either get my refund, of my green.



p.s. i contacted Paypal asking if i can re-open my case, hopefully they accept.
