Davidbell1980 and boy22 - BANNED

I hate to say but he went red on my desktopcomputers site and is still green on my 3604free site but I am assuming that green won't stand for long! Any suggestions... This is my first red!

Just found out form another trader he has completed 360 with davidbell1980 as his ref... hmm you think he is going to go red on both! LOL... well that is justified as a scammer!

There are probably other signup emails, but this is why they were banned

1) registered from the same IP address
2) registered with highly similar email addresses
3) supplied the same PayPal address
4) 100% of their arranged trades were cash-for-ref, with them receiving the cash.

If anyone knows of any other contact information for them, please post it here.

Just noticed that neither had any feedback to indicate that they had traded green 4 green or paid for referrals. I don't recall seeing anyone with TR that high just by being a referral. I guess you can chalk that up a a warning sign of an offer frauder.

Ya- I asked him to request TR as soon as I paid him and he only chose paypal recieved. He must have seen my previous feedback left for traders to see that I post what site the green was on in the other traders feedback and probably did not want my feedback. I did PM him a day later to ask again and no response. I should have known something was up. Who doesn't want to raise their feedback?

I think it should be a good practice then maybe to put always the name of offer done when people seem suspicious or under an xxTR#? when giving TR/feedback.

From what I read here http//forum.freeipodguide.com/viewtopic.php?p=666515#666515 , it sounds like taking it to a claim works best. Also, you will want to link the claim to this thread, so that can verify that this person is a scammer. That should give you a better chance at getting your money back.

I've personally not had to file one, though, so I can only wish you luck.

The TR even show doubles listed for davidbell1980 for sites he did. Bad news. Good luck with your disputes.

I have had trades with both of these guys. Davidbell1980 went through approval okay on one Trainn site but red on another. Boy22 is yellow on one Trainn site, but I contacted support and notified them of his ban, so he will probably be red soon.

It might be a GOOD IDEA to enter the site name in all feedback entries. It is just one more hurdle for scammers to overcome.

What a week, I also have someone I will be reporting here in 2 day's. I am giving them 1 week. The red came from a trader who is fairly new and does not answer any of my pm's.

Does anyone have experience with filing paypal disputes

Anybody compared Boy22's MO and IP to Eric7554 (the guy we got ripped off by last month)?

He just went red on me at YourPS34Free. I got suspicious when I saw his TR zoom up about 20 points between the time he did our trade and the next time I looked at it. He also refused to request TR....ditto for Eric7554.

Well the good thing about us guys is that we never make the same mistake over 20 times )

Re Experience with filing PayPal disputes, I filed one last month on a scammer and won. Problem is these slimeballs don't keep any money in those accounts so there's not much PayPal can do to get your money back.

Well he returned all my money... I filed a claim and the next day it was returned! He went red on my desktop so I am sure it will be red on all the others!

He refunded my paypal this morning after I filed a claim, glad he did because I know paypal would have chosen his side due to the nature of the purchase.

I am reluctant to send him the link even though I can't offhand think of any more harm he could do with it. I told him to simply look it up on the trade module, which he probably can't do because he's banned.

I've heard the "it's my brother!" excuse before, but in genuine instances the brothers typically share a last name. (bell ≠ blake.)

From what Ive seen as other email's he used as well as the one he used for mine. Def scammer. He must have at least 7-8 diff email addresses reported in this thread alone. No excuse as far as it goes his intentions were to scam

I escalated my dispute to a claim with paypal on boy22. He sent me a message asking what site it was he did for me. I wrote back giving him the link. The next day I asked for payment again, but got no response. Davidbell actually made it through approval on my other site though. Go figure.

Ok here is a complete list of all the email addresses for boy22 and davidbell1980 If anyone has any more information as to the location of this or these individuals please post it here or PM me with information. I am on a mission to GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I have not had any response from this person. I am contacting the police and any other available agency and would like there addresses!

Well, I had to escalate my dispute to a claim, and guess what? I GOT PAID BACK!! shock Sometimes paypal does come through. I submitted a link to this page with the claim.

It has been more than 45 days now for me....and at the time other traders told me not to bother with a paypal claim shock

If you get stiffed and are unable to collect FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE!!!
You MUST file your dispute within 45 days of the transaction (what a load of BS that is)
