davidbell1980 problems - I received other refund (RESOLVED)

I didn't want to put the user name in the subject because I'm not sure he's a bonefied scammer yet, but

davidbell1980 went red at my trainn site
yourfreeflatscreen when I submitted for approval
and then desktopcomputers4free after I sent in a support request.

I've received a refund from him for one of them. I expect he'll be good for the other, but he hasn't been here for 4 days now.

I'm hoping he hasn't disappeared. I'm guessing if he went red for my trainn sites then he'll go red on somebody else's trainn site. That's the only reason I'm posting here.

I'll be sure and post any updates.

I removed this post because I hadn't heard back from a mod yet. I pm'ed a mod a couple days ago but haven't heard back yet (which is OK by the way, I understand the mods are very busy)

HOWEVER

We have some updates. Today (Sunday 5/20) davidbell1980 received my pm about desktopcomputers4free going red. I didn't receive a response. He's also gone red for biochem411

I pm'ed biochem411 a few days ago to have him pm trainn support and check he status which he did and came back red.

The problem is that I see posts in two trading posts today from davidbell1980 entering in to trades at trainn sites. He refunded me from one trainn site, he has my pm from another trainn site, he should have known today that he would go red at any other trainn sites, but he's entering in to new trades.

When I confirmed this I decided to put the full info here in to the post. I've heard KeithA mentioned as the proper mod to pm about potential scammer problems so I'll send him a pm tonight also. I've also pmed the two people that I can see he traded with letting them know that they should have trainn support check and see if he will go red at their sites or not.

The last thing I want to do is wrongfully accuse anybody of anything, but after not receiving a response to my pm about a second site he went red at, as well as biochem411 (I'm assuming biochem411 would have pm'ed him) and seeing at least two new trades at trainn sites I figure it's time to make this public to make sure nobody else enters into trades with davidbell1980 for trainn sites.

I know nothing about any problems with any other networks, but it sounds like he will go red at any trainn sites he does. By the way, the email= he used that went red is email=jc1381@yahoo.comjc1381@yahoo.com he used that went red is email=jc1381@yahoo.comjc1381@yahoo.com/email.

You took the first step and PMed a mod before posting this here, yes?

I hope you get it worked out. Sounds like you might, especially if he already refunded you on one of the two sites ... but you never know.

I've edited this today and since it is new pressing information I figure its appropriate to give this a bump to the top so it gets attention.

davidbell1980 if you see this, I'm sorry to put your name in the scammer forum, but trainn support said you went red at desktopcomputers4free for "Unfortunately, their accounts are in violation. They have created and pursued multiple accounts as well as registered for the same offer multiple times which are both violations of our terms and conditions." You will go red for all trainn sites now so please don't enter into more trades for trainn sites.

Just PM'ed him last night when Trainn informed me he went red on my site as well. I'll see if I hear back from him and post it here.

I received a refund for the other site. Thanks davidbell1980. I was just worried when you did more trainn trades. Remember that typically once you go red for a site you will go red for all the other sites in the network.

I have no dispute now. Thanks again.

Issue resolved and davidbell1980's account privileges fully restored.
