Should I disclose a Non Pay Trader?

I don't know how long I should wait but I completed a trade with this person went green on 5/12 early evening, notified them. I am new and they told me they would pay " tonight if not no later than tomorrow night at the latest" Now it is 5/17 and they don't even reply.

pm a mod, that should be your first step

and see if your pms are sent or in the outbox

All Pms have been read and answered. I even left a reply to all his post,

The terms were "on approval" So pm a mod so they can look at the Pm's back and forth, and see the terms you agreed to, Also to see how nasty you have been in those Pms.
You need to be patient like everyone else. Just becouse you went green fast, doesnt mean that everyone else greens fast.

mdomin made some mistakes early on and gmario insists on commenting publicly about his issues with him despite all of the measures already taken to keep mdomin from trading (rank, -1 TR, privileges suspended).

As far as I know, mdomin is still trying to make good on his commitments, paying people back as he can. I've PMed him again for a status update.

OK. I allready paid him and am waiting for him to switch the trade modual to request TR. He greened for me and didnt go red, so all in all he did ok for me aside from the Pm's.

always like to see these things come out on a positive note.
