WARNING TO ALL!!! ! x x Has mulitple accounts on Gift Monkey and went red on me. I paid this one on green like an idiot now I am out $ and had to find someone else to go green and will PAY this on ON APPROVAL!

1. Have you contacted a admin/mod about this?
2. Open a dispute/claim on PayPal to lock his/her funds...

When needed in some cases have the site approve referral if possible to be sure before paying, will save the trouble, according to what I've read.
