Randy even verified the green beforehand and everything seemed ok, so I sent him the cash (3 greens for me)

I sent him a PM asking for a refund for the money I paid him. I doubt I will have any luck. Are there any other options here to try and get my cash back?

If you have not, PM a moderator about this ASAP. You should also send an email to the email he signed up with, as he may not be reading PMs. Did you pay with Paypal?? If so, you may have sucess with filing a dispute, if he does not refund you promptly. There are several other threads here about the best way to get PayPal to find in your favor.

I did pay with paypal and I believe he was verified.

I am having the same problem with this person. He promised to repay (I have it in a PM) but he never did. I have PM'd a mod, but no response yet.

He seemed suspisious, I guess I should have never paid him

I have PM'ed him, dropped his TR and banned him from the trade module.

If he pulls through and replies to this thread and sorts everything out, he will have his full access restored. If not he'll be banned and have his accounts placed on hold.
