I traded greens with him, but he went red on my site. He said he would owe me a green, but he couldn't do any of my other sites. So I asked to be paid for the green I did for him. I see that he read the pm's, but never replied. Anyone else traded with him and had this problem?

He went red on my site but he refunded the money right away. I don't think he understand the TOS and the rules. I would PM him again.
