Site says he signed up for multiple accounts. He has been asked to return
money but hasn't responded.

He has now been sent 4 PMs requesting money be returned but has failed to respond. From the looks of other reports, I am not the only one who has been scammed by this "person". Be careful. I wouldn't touch him again with a fork.
