citi816 has gone RED on my site and is not answering PM's!

I have dealt with citi816 before with good results. However, when I submitted for approval on paintball.123stuffforfree, I was denied and citi816 went red. I PM'd citi816 and citi816 said sorry, could he/she try another site? I gave another site and he/she said could not sign up. I then asked for my money back and have not gotten a response for days. I have seen that citi816 has been online, but has not opened my last 2 PM's. Anybody else having problems with this trader? I just submitted desktopcomputers4free for approval and citi816 is one of my referrals on there. I am hoping I don't get another red!

I HIGHLY doubt it is her sister..just to let you guys know...the reason is...the "sister" says that she didnt know the password for this...that she left it on the computer...if that is the case, why does she visit here everyday?

Well, I do know that if you are inactive for long on here, it signs you off. Then you must log back in with your password. So unless you have it saved in your computer, you have to know the password. In which case she could probably go to paypal and the password would be saved there too, and we could get paid back, right?

2-3 weeks on VACATION? How long does it take a site to approved your account and send your gift? By the time she comes back, her sister will be enjoying her gift and we will not get anything.

I just submitted a payment request with paypal. We will see what happens. She actually stayed green through approval on 1 of my sites, but red on the other, so I am asking for half of my money back. I'm trying to be fair about it. I hope she does the same.
