You should be able to file a dispute with your credit card company or with PayPal, depending on how you paid. Be sure to keep all of your records (when you called, who you spoke with, etc).

I had to do this with the StopSmoking180 offer, but in the end, Paypal refunded my $99.95

I do know that when you call them or return the unused portion they charge you a 7.95 restocking fee, which is in their TOS.

I was also charged the 99.95 from this company. In the end, they did refund my money, minus a restocking fee. Hang in there!! D

Isn't It A Pity?

Well, if you use Paypal (debit card) they can't take out anymore than you have in your account. Which means that if you have $30 in PP and they try to take out ANYTHING above $30 (even by 1 cent) the whole charge will be declined. Just a bit of info for those who didn't know.

With all the threads on this offer I cant belive anyone is still doing it without a secure cc that dosent have the funds to take from you. I guess just another example of people not reading and just jumping right in.

Is this the same as CigArrest?

I actually used the product and didn't need to keep using it past the trial. The only problem I had, was that it should have greened instant (within reason) and took a little over a day...but they sure do charge you "instantly." Same with all of them though wink

I could be wrong, but no. To the best of my knowledge, they are completely different companies....no mention of cigarrest on my print outs, or with their mailer info.

After seeing this post I remember signing up for this offer on the 9th of April. So I went to the website and it says that my account was canceled (which I never did). I never even got the packages or the free trial, they just charged me 3.95$. I don't know if it was because I didn't have the extra 100$ in my account or not. Well what ever, I just hope my brother quits smoking on his own now cry.

I also had no problem with this offer..

The trick is that the 10-day trial is from the DAY you sign up. You receive it like a week later so it's really like a 2-3 day trial. I'm sure they get a lot of people there.
