Greened on my Gas.123StuffforFree.

I sent him a payment via Paypal. For whatever reason, dude is saying that he couldn't accept the payment.

Soon after his 'threatening' PM came demanding I resend the payment, He goes 'RED' on my site.

Heads up to all that have traded with him!

Was this issue resolved? How did it play out...I see he posted here, but I would like to know if this was resolved before I send him offers.

Did you send payment as a "good" instead of service? I learned the hard way that a scammer will insist that you send paypal payments as for a service instead of for a good.

He's in the process of greening for me right now. Is there any way to change the status of how I pay him..re on approval instead of green?

Great...I just paid him...as a good, but knowing paypal it won't matter....i even had him checked out by dave at 123....I had him checked out around 400 pm est so I think he might still be ok for me...Why did he get put on hold for you?

To clear things up, i have not received payment from TrubluFul, she sent credit card payment which i couldn`t accept cause i have personal paypal account, i didn`t want to upgrade to premier account so i hit "deny payment" button and she got her money back no later than 10 min after she sent it
technically i never received her payment

Ok...to answer some questions here.

First off, I use the Firefox Paypal add-on to make all my Paypal payments. I don't specify 'good' or 'service'. I have a nice sized balance in my Paypal so NO I do not send ANY credit card payments, letstrade.

Second, after he got all pissy about the payment not going thru, I had Dave check him out. He went 'On Hold' for providing false info. I told letstrade he was 'On Hold'. He then posts about 'me' being a scammer for 'not paying', I replied in that post proof pics of everything (the red...the payment I sent that shows his 'unverified' paypal). He edits the post about me, saying 'let's see what I can do about it'. Then 3 days later, he requests deletion of our trade, and that was the end of it.

Third, he's as of today still showing 'On Hold' on my gas.123stuffforfree. My trade with him has since been deleted (per his request), I found replacement refs, and cashed out.

I have just recently completed a trade with "letstrade". He greened quickly about four days ago, I have paid him and he is still green. I had no problems at all.

I have read both your and his post. If what he says is true, and there is no proof to the contrary, then he is correct. You didn't pay him, you didn't lose money, and you didn't get scammed. You two just had a failed trade.

I had a good experience with "letstrade" and do not think he should be labeled as a scammer, because there was difficulty with one trade.

You wanna point to where I called him a 'scammer'?? roll

He went 'red'. I PM'd him he went 'red'. Then, I posted he went 'red'. He posted and then edited I scammed him. I proof pic'd he was 'red', ie I didnt scam him. Trade's deleted now. He's still 'red'.
Just recently he posts why he went 'red' in the first place. Understand the post now?

But glad to know all worked out for you.

I understand your post now and I understood it when I read it the first time.

You are obviously angry with a trader that went red on you. You have posted your comments in the "Scammers and Problem Trader" thread so whether you call him a scammer or not, the inference is there.

Well ... it is the Scammer and Problem Trader section... so it doesn't necessarily imply "Scammer", as it is also a section for "Problem Traders". Which, from the sounds of it, Trubluful had a problem with letstrade.

Hope that clears this up.
