Have you PMd him about it yet?? Many times when people go red, it is for stupid mistakes, or sometimes even a misunderstanding that can easily be cleared up without calling someone a scammer and dragging his name out in front of everyone else.
This section of posts is for people who have intentionally scammed people or have ignored attempts to contact (and even then you should PM a moderator about it first).

NO, this guy is a true scammer. He has scammed many many people!!!!!
Whatever you people do, don't ever trade with this guy. He went red on two sites and hasn't responded to PMs in a month!

As soon as someone goes red you should pm the person. If they dont respond and if he scams more people...you can start a thread and pm a mod to ban them to avoid them from scamming more people.

This is old news........ scroll down! I started a thread many weeks ago about this guy! He opened a paypal account, did a bunch of greens, took his money and closed his account. I opened a paypal dispute and won but it isn't going to matter- he is gone!
