JMAC472 Out Of Communication | Owes Money!!!

Hello,

I did not see any sticky about posting rules for scammer reports.
So I hope this is okay.

I entered a trade with JMAC472 for six of their sites (5 cc, 1 non-cc) as a Cash4Referral trade.
My friend completed all their sites and got them all instant greens.
I have contact them via MSN IM and PM everyday since than, and i think three days is a reasonable amount of time to give a trader when there was no notice of them leaving town or anything like that.
They have appeared to be on and off MSN IM everyday, where i have IM'd them with zero replies.
All my PMs are marked as unread, so i am wondering where i go from here?

Any help would be great, i am getting use to FiG again after a long break, but its good to be back over all.

I have to ask, why did your friend go first for JMAC472 if you were the one facilitating the trade and had higher TR?

Good question,

I find its a little tricky to ask for payment upfront on cash4ref trades (been on both ends) and especially when its a person's friend.
So i was reasonable and had my friend go first, which is looking like a mistake, although, they were all on the same network so i am sure the admin of that net could help me out if problems arise.

I see, point taken. Have you contacted TSJ or another mod about this issue yet? I'd do so, and then tell the network to hold your refs for JMAC472 and prevent him from ordering until this is settled.

I'll contact the mod's now and i am going to give them 48 hours to reply before i contact the network owner.

I've had my friend make support tickets on all of the sites.
I wish JMac would just reply, but its not looking likely.

I initiated a trade with this person. He said he was done and had gone green. Well, he isn't even a referral on my site. Looks like he tried to pull a fast one on me, but I wasn't born yesterday.

Yea, my friend's pulled their referral from all their sites, it just sucks that they green'd on all those sites and can't do those offers any more and the greens are wasted!

I propose a BAN!
