Have you PMd him?? Have you PMd a moderator?? Those should be your first steps in a case like this. Not everybody that goes red is a scammer - some have made honest mistakes that can be fixed, and sometimes it is a simple issue with an offer.
When did this issue happen??

Laurel is right. And most of my reds had been honest mistakes and were fixed. there are alot of other options you have before you post here and possibly give a honest trader a bad name (Fred)

I sent him an email. I'm hoping it is a mistake. I haven't heard from him yet though. I haven't notified a mod yet. Waiting for him to reply. You're right though...I should have done that before posting that he went red. I'll keep you updated!
