I did a trade for this user yesterday and greened he said he was paying me right after green I, I have 5 friends doing sites on here and stated that I just made my paypal account yesterday and he said nothing of it now when I ask for payment he sais I have to wait after approval, I have already got a PM from another user saying he is a bit shady I just joined and now have to put up with stuff like this, I think it is rediculas. There is nothing in our trade agreement about paying after approval I think he is just trying to take advantage of me.

He owes you money if that was not agreed in the trade. It doesn't matter when you made your paypal account.

Yea well I didn't know I needed paypal till I joined this site and I have not had a single problem with other trades right now till this and thought it was a bit shady.

That's unprofessional for a site owner to do such a thing. He needs to pay you immediately.

Thats the problem i am having. You are new. You have friends doing your sites. I wanted a green on 3604free and you gave me one. You also gave another person a green on the same site. you made your account 2 days ago. You made your paypal account a day ago.

I am willing to trust that you are good on your word and give you half now and half when I get approved.

Also, proxies are not allowed in the freebie community if you and your friend didn't know.

I'm sure they weren't using proxy's...if you are referring to AOL's proxies...thats a different store...some sites will put u on hold for that, some won't.

The surest sign of a frauder is some one who stalls for time and goes back on their word inch by inch. PostalService has been nothing but straight forward and honest about what she is doing. You however are are stalling, have gone back on your word and invented new requirements to the trade.

You agreed to pay on green, you have to do that, simple as that. You can't make them wait just because they signed up for paypal yesterday and are not verified. If it was really that big of an issue you should have said "Anybody with paypal newer than a week or unverified account must wait until approval." Simple as that, what you're doing is scamming. If you did a site for me and I agreed to pay on green I would definatley not want to pay you(you being a huge offer frauder and all) until I'm approved, but if the agreement was to pay after green, I would, and that's what you must do. You're seriously an idiot, you can't do stuff like this, this alone doesn't make you an idiot, but all the other crap you've pulled with hacking into people's paypals and filing disputes on paid out money, that makes you an idiot.

Hopefully he pays you and is banned after that, he's broken tons of forum rules and even some laws in the 3 months he's been here.

He never said that, what he meant is that when a person uses their own credit card to do offers on a site that they are not getting paid for yet can't sign up on a forum and get paid for something like that would what he is actually saying.

Just pay the user and if you get scammed then the situation should be handled.

You as the trader are responsible for the trades you enter into, even if you have friends doing them. If you don't want to be responsible for how your friends complete trades, then they should be here trading themselves.

If your friend's reds cannot be resolved, it is up to you to repay those traders.

There is always a certain level of risk in freebie trading, especially when it comes to newbies and referral brokering. I always ask up front if a trader is doing the site themselves or if they're brokering it for someone else, and I set any limitations at that time. findme, if you accepted the trade, you are bound by the terms of the trade. You cannot add restrictions later just because you're suspicious. In rare cases of blatant fraud, where there is no question or doubt, you might be able to contact a mod/admin and get approval to back out of a trade or change the terms, but in this case it was all just speculation until Twon's ref went red. If you can't take those risks, then you should protect yourself with terms up front, or just not trade at all. Even if PostalService and/or his friends prove to be scammers, with the knowledge had at the time, it did not excuse findme for changing the terms of the original trade.

findme, you are being watched closely here. If you continue to cause issues or more evidence of fraud comes out against you, you will be dealt with here as you were at A4F. Being a site owner does not gain you any special treatment or immunity here, especially when you have a shady history to start with. Just like YGF was under a microscope for a long time, and on the verge of being banned more than once, so shall you and any others be that give us cause for concern.

time for me to bypass paypal and go straight to my credit card company.

she could do many things to get the money out of her account. ( send to a friend or some other stuff ) We probably won't get any money from paypal since the account was unverified and paypal just tells you " never trade with unverified members because you have no protection over what they do "
