Its been almost 2 months since I completed an offer for this person and I went green and they underpaid me by $5 and disappeared! I have been emailing and PMing every so often the entire time since the underpayment went through but he never gets back to me. Should I report him? I don't want to post his name just yet unless thats the only way to make things right. I feel like I've given him plenty of chances to pay the full amount but he's just not responding.
