A particular persons profile states they were born in 92. They want to complete an offer for me. Seems pretty young to me, think this is legit or should I raise the redflag? Just curious.

No i never asked him, just wondering where he would get a CC to complete the offers at the site, since almost all require CC.

	I'm 18, I've been doing freebies since I was 16, don't see a problem with it.

I does seem a little weird but 2dollardeal allows 13+ it with parents permission.
Maybe their parents let them use their card. Or he has a prepaid.
Also have you ever done a trade with somebody w/o a birthday?

Before I was 18, I had a credit card that my mom also had, it was like we shared the account. That could be the same case with this guy.

Lots of minors are skirting the CC issue with prepaids, but rumor has it that more sites may start to crack down on that.
As long as a site's TOS state that the person is old enough, I wouldn't really have an issue with it I guess -- but if the terms say 18+ then I wouldn't risk the green and potential hold, in the event ID was requested for your refs.

I know YGF only requires users to be 13 as well.

a lot of offers require you to be 18 ( I think ).
Like do you ever hear TV commercials saying "You must be 18 or older to call". I think I read this in the terms of offers, too.

I've been doing sites since 16, too, and never got in trouble for it. But maybe that's just because I was never found out to only be that age. I think most sites probably don't care, they just put the 18+ for legal reasons...

But still, even if they don't catch you, if they say "18" and you do it anyway even though you are only 16, it's FRAUD. I don't want to deal with traders who intentionally fraud, because eventually they will get caught. (and besides, I have always taught my kids that your integrity is really all you have......)

I agree, if you lie, or are deceptive about some like that, then what else are you hiding?

I would say just ask, if he says hes 14 just make sure that hes not going to be sites that require him to be 18+, thatway if he does get cought he doesnt go red on ya.
