I paid stackmjwiz 27 paypal for a green on 3604free.com on the 9th or 10th of February.... Basically to make a long story short, he completed 2 half credit offers, none credited, I pm'ed him and asked him about submitting a NOCR a week later, he said he [b04d7439b5b]hasn't[/b04d7439b5b] yet....

At that time I kindly asked him if I can pay him paypal for the trial offers he did and then to kindly refund my paypal I paid him since I had another green and was ready to submit my account for approval....

He told me all this stuff about trainn's 7 day NOCR and so forth and refused to refund me the paypal even though he claimed his laptop broke and he cannot check on the status until he gets it fixed in about 1 week...

He still isn't greened and I would like a refund, I will gladly pay for the trial offers he did but he isn't keeping up on the trade and seems to be avoiding pm's from me....

Did you put a time limit on the trade in the module?? If not, as long as he stays in touch he is doing his part (as long as he does submit the missing credit request).

When time is of the essence in a trade, it is best to spell it all out very clearly in the trade module.

No time limit but he hasn't greened and hasn't answered my pm. I will gladly pay for the trial offers, I have all my refs and I would like a refund for the 27 minus the cost he spent....

Dude...patience is the key thing here. I don't believe he's going to scam you. He's got an excellent reputation here. Take it down a notch. I doubt he was lying about his laptop problem. You can't just [ic503b056df]end the trade[/ic503b056df].

If you did not specify a time limit on the trade details in the TM, you will still owe him when he greens, unless he goes 14 days without contact (as per the rules).

This is why it's really important to spell out all of the details in the TM.

Yep, if he greens, you've got to pay him.

I'll just close the trade.

Can't close the trade without it being 14 days without contact, or without a moderator's permission. If you attempt to close the trade without those situations, you will end up banned.

You made a deal, you have to follow through.

Plus, when he does green, you can still verify by logging into your account. I had the same problem waiting on a final green and it was a trainn site and I just went ahead and paid for an extra green. A little over a week after I was approved and got payment, the user went green finally and I was able to verify it to pay them so you are able to check if he goes green or not. Not his fault you couldn't wait til he was either red or green.
