He is a newbie, and posted a post for 60$ to go green. He "promised" me he would pay me on Friday, 2/23/07, still has not. I have been waiting for weeks for my 60$ that I earned.

Yep I was just going to post a complaint about him. I did the same offer for him. I green'd him INSTANTLY on Feb 1. (It's almost been a full month.) I've noticed he read all my PM's but never responded. He never did an "initiate trade" but I did on a few weeks after and he actually confirmed it. Still no payment...

Never, never do a trade that is not in the trade module !!!!!!! Even if it is a NoCC trade and you are not going to get TR, still do it in the trade module. That is your back up and your proof. PMs can be edited, Trade details in the module can not.
If you need to PM a mod about a trade they will go by what was laid out in the trade module - if it's not there, you may be out of luck.
That's also why it's so important to spell out all of the details in the trade description.

Yes I know. When I did that offer I had a low TR and assumed that the only person that could initiate trade was the one who posted the ad for refs.
Right now, the trade is initiated and surprisingly he confirmed it. If he didn't confirm it I would have been screwed but he did.
Since the beginning I thought "I smell a rat with this guy"......

IAMRIGHT has a TR of 0 - why did all of you go first????? That should have been a big red flag right there.
.h2o. - since he confirmed the trade, you can hold him to it, unless he never comes back here. PM a moderator with all of the details.
