This is a good example of why people with less than 4 TR should not trade with each other - had he been trading with someone with a higher TR, he would have been expected to go first. Not that you can't be scammed by someone with a higher TR, but it is much more unlikely.
PM a moderator (KeithA was very helpful for me) and let them know - if he shows up again they can address the issue or ban him, but if he doesn't ever come back, you will likely be out of luck. You could try contacting the website (on the chance that he'd lying about already cashing out) and see if your referral can be removed.

EDIT Go to your account, you'll notice case is closed.
Second, that was sent to my employees, and you just happened to recieve it. You can simply click Cancel, it doesn't take a rocket scientist I promise.

I've completed offers without a problem for people, but those who choose to side with the accusations, i guess i just go against them. I don't know, ban me if you want, I only owe money to 1 person, and they wont be paid, regardless.
