We have updated our policy regarding the behavior of our users. Our terms now have the following clause

[i2e15b1f163]Any user banned from Anything4Free.com, FreeiPodGuide.com, or ReferralSwapper.com may be placed on hold.[/i2e15b1f163]

We retain full discretion in enforcing this rule. Being banned on one of those sites will not automatically result in being placed on hold. The following conditions must be met before a user is even considered for hold status
  1. [li2e15b1f163]We must receive a complaint from at least one of the user's referrals.
[li2e15b1f163]The complaint must be through a support ticket on our site.
[li2e15b1f163]The complaint must have a direct link to the post which bans the user.
[li2e15b1f163]The complaint must include proof that the user that's banned is the same person who referred them.[/listo2e15b1f163]
Additionally, the hold status may be reversed if the user makes things right with their referrals and the referrals withdraw their complaints.

We hope this policy helps create a better trading environment for our users.

    Sincerely,
    Curt & Dave

Good Idea Dave, I like how you are trying to better the freebie community by enforcing some more antifrauding techniques. You continue to climb to the top of the freebie world.

    now just raise those payouts!!!

Good stuff, I guess this is a result of hit and run drivers like sonic209 and others who never pay their refs and then get the prize and disappear...

This will help but still... with such fast approval and shipping there will be more in the future but I agree, with the size of these forums and the amount of complaints some get here for bad antics, it will definetly help.

Good policy, other sites should follow. Now if you could just check the referrals as soon as they sign up instead of on approval up this would be an almost foolproof business.

Great idea now raise the payouts as this is just more money in your pocket.

I've actually had a ref put on hold in about half an hour from 123stuffforfree. Don't know how that worked out.

Hypothetical, doesn't apply to me since I haven't done any of your sites, but what if the user got banned for spamming or something that wasn't fraud? Would you still put the user on hold?
