Okay what I suggest is that you PM a moderator such as TheySayJump, KeithA, or Wolfeman and have them PM thatguyuknow. Usually contacting a moderator and/or the person on hold should be the first step, instead of making a thread (in case of any miscommunication). However, I know how frustrating it is to have someone go on hold =]
Hopefully your problems will be sorted out!

thatguyuknow!? He's on hold on TWO of the sites he did for me! i paid him too. he went green and then went red. still waiting for him to reply my PM. and whats weird is that he has a TR of over 20. ?

I doubt he'll pay you back, looks like he came here just to scam some people. I suggest filing a paypal dispute if he doesn't reply to a mod.

He did a couple of my sites that I'm finishing up. That's good to know that he's been going red on everyone's site. I noticed that he's also not banned yet....how is that possible?

Just got a PM from this guy telling me he would sort things out.
I'm wondering how many of the networks he went red on were due to his going red on other networks, and how much of it was intentional fraud. We'll see; in the meantime, I have my chargeback in place and I'm not counting on his referral.

It was for intentional fraud on my sites for doing True.com. He has done this offer on multiple sites now 8(.

i have not tried to intentionally fraud anyone. i dont understand why all these holds are occuring; 2dollardeal i made SURE to not do any offer more than once, so i dont see where you are coming from. im attempting to work everything out with anyone who has a problem, if worse comes to worse ill refund money, but please bear with me as i had no intention of frauding anyone and would like to get all this sorted out. im not going anywhere.

I know that ThatGuyUKnow has been trying to fix everything but he's not been put on hold on both of my Free4Me sites that he signed up for and they said they are not planning on changing their decision anytime soon.

He also went on hold on my ps3.free4me site. They told me it was because of him frauding offers and they would not be lifting the hold at anytime and that it was permanent. I paid him after green so I hope he refunds my money as well.
