Diablo Doesn't Follow the Rules of FiPG

User "Diablo" went red on PrizeVolt for OFFER FRAUD and still wants to be paid. Highly advised to stay away!!! Most likely from China.

He used email

first of all, i logged into my account there and nothing has been frozen.

secondly, i have not been notified of offer fraud via email from the site admin so this is news to me.

i am not trying to defraud anyone. why don't you come to me directly diablo? i'm trying to scam anyone

Your offer was reversed, which means you probably did it more than once, which should get you banned. He didn't put you on hold, just reversed your offer. That's why you aren't getting paid...

if that is the case, i'll do another offer there and you don't have to pay me.

a) ricochet has only posted from the US
b) you know that you're supposed to PM the user before starting a thread like this
c) since your email address has the word Sniper in it, should I assume you're a threat to national security?

Assumed he was China because he didn't have very good grammar and that he went red, which most scammers I've seen are from China, not that I'm racist, it's just what I've seen.

I haven't PM'd him about this, but I tried to contact him via AIM numerous times, then he would just sign off after I told him. I don't see why he wants to do another offer, though. If I'm missing something please tell me.

P.S. - Where did you get c) from? Where did I say he was a threat to national security or anything that relates to that?

There's no reason to slander a new user's name when you did not do what you know you should have done.

Can you guys not read??? I addressed every accusation towards me. All he says is he'll do another offer for some reason which I don't know why...

I don't buy for one second that his grammar is what caused you to presume he was from China. Therefore, using similar logic, since your email address has the word "sniper" in it, I have to presume that you're a threat to national security.

Whatever happened to the rule that if you weren't involved in the scam not to post here? Has that one been long gone?
