I started a trade with dfreshb9 on January 13, 2007 and he has 0 credit.
I have PM him several times and he has not responded.
I would like to request a deletion on this trade.

He hasn't been back since that day. To delete a trade, both users need to select "Request deletion" in the trade module; since it looks like he won't be back, I'd suggest you just hide the trade.
