Breakpointhalo has filed a paypal claim against me he wants his money back from me. His money.whypaywhenitsfreeaccount is on hold and he wants his money back. I sent a support ticket in to the site and they say he is on hold because he did the same offer 5 times in a row he is a frauder. Should i give this frauder his money back? I have people i need to pay for referrals and my account is frozen until this is cleared up. He should not be allowed to trade here anymore. Michele

Respond to the claim with a very clear explanation of your transaction. Emphasize that your agreement was for a non-tangible service, not a good, and include the response you received when you sent your support ticket.
I have limited his access to the trade module and changed his rank. I've also asked him to respond to your claims here.

my referrals account has been put on hold and he is saying it was me can you please explain this to me? I have completed my offer and have paid for the offer. I have cancelled my 10 day trial isn't that what we are supposed to do? Michele

Which referral's account is on hold ? You are supposed to cancel a trial only if you are not satisfied with the product, you are supposed to do the offers in which you are interested.

He is on hold because he has frauded offers. Users cannot do an offer more than once, as mentioned in our terms, but he did an offer more than 5 times.

Thats just low to request money back for going on hold...
He did blockbuster.com five times, thats why he was banned at a4f, but I never thought he would do this.

I payed people back until I ran out of money.
Go ahead and delete or block my account...
