Well, two new users are red on my site...

Clthorn went red on Wii.123StufforFree and BillyChuck went red on Gaming.CustomOrderThis. I just sent PM's and I'll keep you guys updated.

Both got back to me lightning fast and refunded with no fuss. Great traders just weren't completely aware of the rules and the need of organization. If a mod see this, please edit the title to resolved. TIA.
