I've traded with Tigershark before, and while he wasn't the the fastest trader I've dealt with, he did complete is end of the trade.
At the moment I am in another trade with him for my gifts.ygf site; he has signed up but it appears to have not credited (he's not the only ref I have who is waiting on credits).

Anyway, you guys are new here (based on TR) so my point is just be patient. I've come to learn that not everyone is as quick as I would like them to be.

Not everyone visits the forum every day, sometimes they go on vacation or have rigorous work/school schedules, not everyone reads PM's every day, not everyone can get instant credit, sometimes they have to wait until payday, etc. etc. Lots of causes for minor delays, so you must show patience. We allow for 14 days of no-contact before we start worrying about scamming.

If you require that a green be instant, or within a specified time line, then it must be negotiated and agreed beforehand and noted in the Trade Module comments. Otherwise, not only should you not expect us to attempt to enforce any time frame outside of what is stated in the trading rules, but you risk getting in trouble yourself for creating a premature scammer thread. ;)

However, on the flip side of the coin, I will remind and encourage those of you who enter into trades with newbies or people who have to go first, to be courteous of the other party. If they greened quickly for you, please make every attempt to return the favor. It's one thing if you're out of town and don't have internet access, it's another to log into the forum and post everyday while ignoring PM's, which will [icf2eb6e509]inevitably[/icf2eb6e509] lead to scammer concerns and accusations.

Like I said, i'm not calling him a scammer yet due to his rating and all... I understand circumstances come up and people don't have time to do something... Yes, TR may give a person a better reputation, however, just having a high enough TR, doesn't mean they won't scam you. That goes for anyone in general. There have been quite a few extremely high TR traders who scammed, thus getting banned. ;)

Dude be glad you got most of your cash, I had to only send you $20 because of the stupid paypal fees + canadian currency is worth a hella lot less than US and when u do the currency conversion in paypal it equals alot less. Well for the record, he paid me. But I still think he's a very shady member and I would have rathered he gave me my PrimoDinero ref like he promised he would. I still don't recommend swapping with people who do these sort of things. Especially to GROUPS of new members at a time (who I'm sure you take for "noobs" or "idiots").

And Tigershark I had to do two offers on your site just like you may have had to do on Primo. You're NOT required to do two offers. The sites are equal. You should have paid me $30 not $25. But you're the kind of person who likes to bend things your way and make up the rules as you go along. You seem to have a real problem with procedure.

He now PM's me "whats your email I will reimburse you" I don't do sites for paypal and agreed on ref 4 ref. I will accept either $35 for the ygf (he gets $40 btw from the site) ref he got from me or I want my ygf ref.

Sent PM to him today stating this.

and he must of thought i was a newb as well, should of checked join date here and a4f TR. And no I am not accepting like $20 reimbursement and neither should anyone else, he is making $40 for every ref he gets this way. Maybe we can let YGF admin know so he can adjust his payout accordingly.

I think $35 is fair as I traded strickly site for site, not for [bf30e4c0389]paypal[/bf30e4c0389]. He is getting $40 for every ref he gets from us on laptops.ygf and only paying people $20. I can assure you that is not OK with me and shouldn't be for anyone else here. The admin for YGF already posted in this thread so I would guess he would be willing to deduct payments from Tigersharks site based on his underpayment he has made here. If someone can list from this thread what he has paid to people we can easily figure out who he has shorted on payments and show this to the admin, my guess is the admin will gladly short his payment as he has shorted all of us. I have not received payment yet from Tigershark btw.

$25 you can buy a new ref, take it or leave it. I'll get myself banned before I give you a damned cent more than $25. And incase you hadn't realised, I didn't try to "scam" anyone smartass, if I wanted to scam someone I would've just ran with the $200~ I had...but I refunded it all even before YGF got involved.

@doylnea - there's this guy (kmd) left and lightliquid. Haven't gotten an email from Lightliquid yet so I can't pay him right now but as soon as he does I will.

And KMD, I have your paypal email and I'll send $25 whenever you want it, but apparently you won't "accept" it. Once I pay you if you continue to bich and complain that im "scamming" people/you when I REFUNDED 99% of the people that I began trading with and then being unable to do their sites from finacial difficulties with my credit card company (because of an OOD that I was charged a few hundred because "they didn't record when I called them up to cancel it") then I"LL GET YOU BANNED or get some mods to help or something.

I've not been involved in any trades with him, but I know I'd be extremely upset if I joined FiPG a month from now, had a trade with this guy go bad, then ran across this thread after the fact, and found out that he's a bad trader that I wasn't protected from by the community.

Hey, your not involved in this topic so get out. I've not dictated anything to anyone, but I've paid generally the fair price for a green including how long it took some of them to green...like a week and the site that I was supposed to do for them.

Your opinion of a fair price, and theirs, may differ (evidenced by the fact that at least a couple people said what you didn't pay them was fair). And the fact that you didn't tell them in advance "hey, I'll pay you $25 a month from now if you go green on my site" means you didn't give them the option to say "no, I don't feel that's fair", therefore you did, in fact, dictate to them the terms of the trade.

Not everyone will find this thread, and quite frankly, users shouldn't have to go through and read through forums to find out if someone is a known bad trader. Everyone has a bad trade now or then, but the scale here is not reasonable to be considered accidental.

You never signed up or did an offer for several users ... that's acting in bad faith. You refunded them only when your feet were held to the fire and it was going to cost you more if you didn't do so. If you had run, you would've had about $225, but that's not enough to buy the iPod you'll get by refunding them. You don't gain my respect by doing what's in your own best interest, even if a side effect is that it helps other people, too.

I see mods post often that "if we ban this user now, then he may not pay anyone back". Well, that's no longer the case for this user. I kept Tigershark informed every step of the way..I let him know when I was doing the offers and when they were crediting. One offer didn't credit till the next day and I let him know this too. After I sent him the last email to let him know everything was credited and I greened for him, I have not heard one word even after several PM's. I couldn't do this to someone. I am honest and I expect the same in return.
