I did an instant green for her 2 weeks ago and she said that she would do the same for me. Well, she won't return (or even read for that matter) my pm's yet she is making new posts saying that she can do sites and accept paypal. Sounds like a scam if I've ever seen one. I just want her to finish her end of the deal, but it doesn't look like that would possibly happen.

I actually think it may be a guy playing a women character on the forums so as to make other guys/girls want to trade with him. Her pic could just be an old pic of his gf or it could be googled or whatever...I just can't see a girl wanting to scam a bunch of people, it doesn't really sit too well. Also it wouldve been a good aliby during when she said Michaeivelli scammed her, she's like "I hate when people take advantage of me because im a girl"...who can respond to that? (Just typically)

If my theories are correct, Hottie_Mchottie is actually a guy who just scammed the fuck outta FIPG community members who thought she could be trusted because of her TR and because she was a girl.

Any comments to this?

I pretty much assumed it was a guy posing as a girl based on the username alone.

People don't realize that the usernames and content of posts of users here are some of the best indicators as to the legitimacy of a trader.

Excuses I can handle. Not responding to PMs and threads just pisses people off. I've been burned before so I can't help but be skeptical here. Is it possible that while we're waiting for her to get her "situation taken care of", she's waiting for approval on these sites?

Since she's not responding to PMs, much less reading them, I'm telling her here that she has until Monday to convince me that I'm not being scammed. Otherwise, I'm cancelling my green on her account.

Hey guys, I'm sorry for ignoring all of you. The reason why I wasn't able to complete my end of the trade is because my car was stolen, including my purse and basically any valuables that were left in my car. They found my car 2 days ago, and it was stripped naked, my sound system...gone, dvd player and screens...gone, basically all that was left was a shell. Maybe I shouldn't have decked out my car so much. I know it sounds really convenient and you may not believe me because I didn't reply, but the reason why I didn't because I was really depressed and didn't know how to respond. good news everyone, i just got done opening a new bank account so i will be able to green for everyone i owe. my debit card is being mailed to me at this very moment. however, i cannot promise that it will be in the immediate future because i will be leaving for france tomorrow at 4 in the morning to study abroad, but will return in a few months (hopefully during x-mas). as soon as i do, you will get your greens/paypal/sidekick. thanks for being patient everyone!
