He was put on hold on the Rewardz Network too. He is also lying about his age. If he's doing that he's probably lying about everything else too...

Hes telling me not yet because he has 0 in his paypal. I know you need funds to make refunds but I am willing to accept payment. You need no funds for that as it comes straifght out of your bank account if you have 0. I am not waiting a few days until ghe cashes out from prizebook and then leaves the freebie scene.

You have to be 18 to use PB they will most likely flag his account when they go to pay him. Also if he is 15 how can he have a bank account tied to his PayPal account?

You can have bank accounts when you're under 18. I think I had my first checking account when I was 12 or so (of course that was a LONG time ago). My aunt gave it to me as a birthday present.

I opened bank accounts for my kids when they were in their early teens too. I think an adult has to open the account and sign for it, but otherwise it's your account to do with as you please.

I told him to refund me within 12 hours yesterday and he still hasn't. I warned him I will report him to his freebie sites which is exactly what I will do if I do not get refunded today....

As far as arbitrary deadlines go, 12 hours is a little unreasonable. Most bank transfers take 2-3 business days to go through, so if he really didn't have the money, 12 hours wouldn't be long enough for him to refund you anyway.

I told him not to make the refund and wait for funds, but to PAY ME. That way there is no waitoing involved. So 12 hours is appropriate seeing as he's waiting for cashout on his sites and obviously wants me to wait until he gets his stuff so he doesn't have to pay me back....

And notice how he removed his sites from his sig, probably hoping that I wouldn't know which ones he's doing, But luckily for me I saved them into notepad already....

So your choice LightLiquid. payment or get stuck on hold on your sites.

All you do with paypal is makle a payment even with ZERO, Nothing, Zilch NADA in there. They just take it out after a few days from your BANK ACCOUNT. So what's stopping you?

I feel for your situation and understand the frustration, as it sounds like Lightliquid did a dumb thing. But you should familiarize yourself with the concept of "catching more flies with honey than vinegar." If he doesn't make good, contact a mod and we'll help facilitate resolution where we can, but I've got to remind you that the attitude you take with folks isn't going to get you very far around here.
