Gooogler

A while back gooogler did a offer for me on 3604free.com and when i went into approval it went red. I told him about it and he said he can't refund the money but he can get another green. Which was good because I just needed one more. Well he has kept giving me dates for the past 17 days and excuses and he even said a few days ago if he does not complete it that I can make a thread in the scammer section about it. Well he has not.

This is not true, I have offered him PayPal in the past and he said "I really just want a green on 3604free" But I have not been able to get my friend to do him an offer yet. So Allen, if you would like PayPal my offer is still valid.

I wouldn't mind taking the paypal alternative. lol

I JUST BOUGHT A GAME FROM GOOGLER! I bought a 360 game from googler from googler called oblivion! well he said that it was in the orignal packaging! WELL GUESS WHAT, when i recieved the game, it was not in the orginal package! I am very mad about this, i want some of my money refunded at least!

I don't believe he was previously banned for scamming, it had to do more with forum conduct.

Yes, but we let him stay because he was being good. Now that he's scamming, or at least acting illicitly, he should be banned for good.

Perhaps a larger staff that can accommodate a forum that requires intensive scrutiny maintaining the integrity of the trading forums? I've criticized this before but the truth is the staff isn't doing a poor job, it just has too much work to do to keep up.

I am sorry, I made a mistake and affected a few people in a negative manner. I kept poor records and did not realize I had done the site once before. I am not trying to fraud or do anything else illegal, I will pay Allen626 back and do whatever else is necesarry to correct this.

ok, just to clarify, the game i got from googler did still hav the seal on the side but it didnt hav the plastic wrapper around it like all new 360 games, and before i bought it he said that this wrapper was there and when i recieved it, it wasnt, if this isnt a scam i dont no what is!

If the seal was still intact, it wasn't "used." Wrapper or no wrapper.

Yea, it's easy to stick the seals back on. But no offence mate, there can't be any scratches on the disk or you would of posted proof and mentioned it, so just relax and be happy.

I'm sure the game works fine..but a blatent lie would upset me too..even if it was something as small as a piece of plastic
