I had a trade open with this user where I pre-paid Paypal for a green on a site. Why was he banned?
Does anybody have his AIM or e-mail address so I can contact him before opening a PayPal Dispute?

What's the Paypal address you sent the money to? Try contacting it.

He replied to my e-mail and informed me regardless of his ban he will keep his word and still complete the site. Good news, now I don't have to open a Paypal dispute.
