Got Scammed By FREE4REFS Site.

OK first off, I have been trying to complete this site called [b7b4973d4a1]videogames.free4refs.com[/b7b4973d4a1] for over 4 months now just to get 6 referrals to pay out on paypal for 200 dollars and if you look at my trade module, I have been trying pretty hard. So out of the blue, it says access denied to my own acct. I talked to a co-worker of the site who was [b7b4973d4a1]VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DIDN'T RETURN MY AIM MESSAGES[/b7b4973d4a1] as I wanted to resolve the problem. They said I went out of there TOC which I don't even know what that means. I've been dealing with this guy for over 3 months on people who have signed up under me not getting credited for offers they did. It takes well over a month to get credit for something that says gets credited instantly or whatever. On top of that [b7b4973d4a1]2 OF MY REFERRALS THAT I DID IN THE TRADE MODULE DIDN'T GET REFERRED UNDER ME. Also 2 PEOPLE UNDER ME WERE GREEN THEN ONE DAY IT SAID THEY HADN'T COMPLETED ANY OFFERS.[/b7b4973d4a1] I have all my Instant Messanges saved since I have google desktop which saved my life on more than one occasion. But I think posting aim conversations is out of the forums terms.

First of all, you had more than one account. Second of all, your DQ'd referrals were Tickle rejections which I know everyone has experienced. And lastly, any referrals that don't get credited to your account for any reason are easily resolved by contacting me. All your referral has to do is tell me who they were referred by and I'll add it to your account, simple as that. The fact that you were careless enough to allow someone to "hack your account" (if that was even the case) as you put it is not my problem. I have zero tolerance for people with multiple accounts and you are no exception. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with my site, but referring yourself isn't a good way to finish these sites.

Another thing. This guy Free4Refs has had an account on here since May of 06 and has no trades or karma. Isn't that weird? I guess he just gets on here to spam. And no I do things PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE SECURE PASSWORDS & IF YOU DO HIS SITE AND SOMEONE CAN HACK INTO MY ACCOUNT THINK ABOUT WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO HACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. I DID NOT REFER MYSELF. free4refs failed with lying about thier crediting time..says 5-7 days on their site for most webhosting offers but then when you go to do one you get an upcoming surprise with "You have to wait two months for all hosting offers; NO EXCEPTIONS"

That sucks. I'm currently doing the videogames site and I hope this won't happen to me.

I would pull out of that site if i were you. Please for your sake, do not continue.

also, to respond to the person who says that I have no karma or trades, that's because I never used this site. I'm a long time member of A4F and just never utilized this forum. I am +22 Refstop, +23 Referral Swapper (give or take) and +7 or so on A4F, so I'm not new to this.

I do admit that my crediting times were wrong when I first started. I was unaware of how that particular affiliate network did business. Also, the only hosting offer that takes two months to credit is Hostgator, all others should only take about a month.

I'm not here to defend my legitimacy, my numbers do that for me. I'm sorry that this had to happen, but my security scripts do a good job of detecting members with multiple accounts. Members who have more than one account are put on hold unless there is a VERY good reason for it. I'm always willing to hear your case, and I admit that I haven't been around much this week (I just moved into my new apartment for this term on Tuesday), but that's why I hired a support staff. They will give you the same answers I would give you.

well if you log on at different locations, would that show you that I have multiple accounts b/c I logon at different locations and never had a problem. You know me, I have talked to you before and I have been on this site for quite some time. I am asking you to please let me back on.

I DID NOTHING WRONG. LOOK AT MY TRADING RECORDS AND ASK ANY OTHER OF THE 30 SOME SITES IF I AM A FAKE OR TRIED TO SIGN MYSELF UP. HOW DO YOU DO THAT BTW? Isn't that impossible. I have one email, 2 IP addresses, and 2 credit cards that I use, and an aim name. I could tell you my other IP address to link them up to one another. I want to resolve this. Please AIM me.

I have recieved an xbox 360 from free4refs and their service/support is top notch. If you're a legitimate user, you will have no problems...

Free4Refs has a policy where you can only use 1 IP per account. If you use a different IP, you need to submit a support ticket so your IP logs can be cleared for the new IP.

this is exactly what happened. An IP of his matches up with the IP of another user, and both had completed offers and were pursuing the site. It's not like I only put darkone on hold, I put the second account on hold as well. Although it doesn't help matters much that this second user never contacted me about their account being put on hold.

This isn't completely true. The rule is that you can only sign in from the address on your account, like not while on vacation or at your friend's house or anything. Doing those things opens up the potential to have my fraud system pick you out of the croud.

Ya, it's not having 2 IPs (I have users with over 50 IPs on their accounts), but if you have an IP that doesn't trace back to your location, or that another user shares, I will not hesitate to put you on hold.

The owner said he is there to listen but I tried to AIM him a bunch of times to see what the problem with my account was and he DID NOT RESPOND. Be AWARE OF SITE.

It's not one IP, it's one location. I know IPs change all the time but there should be no reason that you should be using an IP from PA one day and one from CA the next. That's the purpose of that rule.
