been a week since I've heard from this guy...paid him and he never greened, pmed him like 3-4 days after i paid asking if he had done an offer yet, no reply since.

he's green for me now
never told me anything though, he just randomly greened.
I think what he did was wait until he finished the site himself to complete an offer, because I know he was pursuing it. Pretty lame, but I'm glad he's green.
