I was imed by someone asking if I could do giftcards.yourgiftsfree.com for 50.00. I said sure, but my friend would be completing it. He said that's fine. So I receive the money, and everything is all hunky-dory, when suddenly, I am emailed by a woman. Here is the email

I have just noticed a payment of $55 has gone out to you from my paypal
account - and i dont know who you are or why?

Please let me know whats going on before i take action.

So kings241 told TFOAF that his brother opened the Paypal dispute because it was his brothers account (in his girlfriend's name) that he sent the money from.

Kings241 then told AverageJoe1039 that he himself opened the Paypal dispute because AverageJoe1039 didn't green instantaneously.

Kings241 is therefore lying.

Also, if Kings241 and AverageJoe both agreed in the Trade Module that AverageJoe1039's green would be instant, then they are both held to that fact and if the green isn't/wasn't instant, the Paypal dispute is somewhat justified. However, when AverageJoe1039 spoke with Kings241, Kings241 had no problem with the green being done "tomorrow", so I fail to see the dispute would then be opened in the first place.

Kings241; Why did you intitially use your "brothers'" account to send the money? Why couldn't you just use your own account to send the money? WHy did you tell two different people, two different stories? Why were you paying $50 per green, when you can get greens for YGF sites for $25 and less? That just reeks of a scam right there.

Until this is sorted out, kings241 won't be able to trade. If and when it is sorted out, you can have your TR restored and your access to the Trade Module reinstated.

The main problem is this
YGF pays you $40 per ref. Why would he pay $50 ( a ridiculous amount) to get $40? Simple, he can't send the "stolen" money from that account to his own, since it will then be traced to him if any dispute are charges are filed.

It's quite obvious he has stolen the money and attempted to scam/cheat people.
