Hi i completed an offer about 3 weeks ago. He replied about 10 days ago tell me he was goin to transfer money into his paypal account and pay me asap.
has anyone had any contact with him

MY bank offers instant transfer if you are sending the $$$ to someone. (doesnt work if its just a balance transfer).

Have you tried IM'ing him or e-mailing him?
