Here is the wonderful story.

I instanted on ipods.freeandez for EvilLestat2. He was supposed to instant on ordercash4free after, that was our deal. Well the next day he did so I was happy. Yay $40 from ordercash4free ).

I go to ordercash4free to make sure everything is alright and I see this.

ON HOLD!? That's the email EvilLestat2 used if you didn't figure that out.

So I send a PM

"You were put on hold. Please explain."

Wait, notice that he has read it, await an answer. None. So I send this PM

"Why were you put on hold?

Reply."

Once again, I wait, notice he has read it, await an answer. No answer again. What a surprise. So then I send him this PM

"You have one last chance to reply before I report you as a scammer. I can easily tell when you have read a message I have sent so don't try the "I never received your message" crap. Please reply as to why you have been put on hold on the website ordercash4free.com."

Yes, threatening action always get their attention. Sure enough it did. I got this nasty response.

"What the hell are you talking about gone red? I didn't reply to the message you sent a few minutes ago because you probably were mistaken, but it seems you're insisted on getting an answer. There's your answer. What email did I sign up with?"

As you can see, he thinks that I was mistaken and he should just ignore me rather than trying to solve the problem. Also, the messages weren't a "few minutes" ago, they were hours ago. And yes, people usually do insist on getting an answer when somebody is put on hold.

I replied to him with the email he signed up with and he hasn't read the PM yet. I'm making this thread to tell people to not deal with him unless you want somebody put on hold. I was going to wait a little while longer but somebody advised me to do something right away.

The rules say that it is not recommended to trade with another user with a TR of less than 4 when you do not have TR of over 4 either. Maybe you should look at them. PMing a mod would be your best bet.

Well, I said it was a rule, but I also said it was a recommendation at the same time. It isn't a rule, but highly recommended.

I sent a support ticket asking why he was put on hold and I got this.

"Your referral provided fake information and has multiple accounts."

He scammed me too...i went green for him for that same site and he isnt responding. said he would send paypal and is now ignoring my PM....i sent the owner a support ticket. His response is it is not my problem

This guy did ordercash4free for me too and I went green for him on that same site, ipods.freeandez. He signed up using the email= email=tunetrick2@mail.comtunetrick2@mail.com email=tunetrick2@mail.comtunetrick2@mail.com/email for me.

This is the same guy who was PM spamming for trades a couple weeks ago. I PM'd him a warning about it after receiving some complaints, then he lied and tried to say he wasn't spamming, which earned him a 5-day vacation from the forums. All he had to do was say "sorry, won't happen again" and that would've been it.

Now this.

I caution anyone against trading with him until he shows some more responsibility and respect. And if he doesn't come through on his trades with you guys after a reasonable amount of time, let a mod know and we'll help do what we can to get his accounts disqualified and/or your greens revoked from his accounts.

Yeah, Just let me know what the decision is, and I can do whatever you like to his account on freeandez.

actually @mail.com is a real email domain. Check www.mail.com for more info.

But as for the subject of the person you guys are talking about, he was about to do a trade with me. Good thing i didn't do it. He didn't seem to know much on how to se the trading system. Oh well i put him as fell out of contact.

I did ipodfreeand ez for him and I have not been able to get in touch since doing my part of the offer.

Bad idea. Please read the Trading Guidelines. Trading between people who both have virtually no TR is not only risky, but you won't get TR for the trade. One party to the trade must have 4TR before either of you can get TR credit.

Yeah, I knew about that rule, but I shouldn't have played my cards on a person that has one damn TR. Ugh....

EDIT for those who signed under Evil for freeandez ipods, you can ask the support to remove your credit for completing an offer, just so that the scammer doesn't get any credit for his dirty work.

Hum, I didn't know that to get TR, you are required to have at least one person's TR over 4. No wonder EvilLestat wanted to send links via PMs... Good thing I didn't go for it!...

Oh and I probably shouldn't ask this here, but seeing as it was mentioned in the first post... How do you tell if someone has read your PMs?

I was going to trade with him a while back, and even signed up under him, but didn't do the offer. He said he signed up under me, but wasn't in my referral list, so I assumed he accidentaly signed up under someone else. Then like three weeks later, he asks me if I want to trade, I guess he forgot about our past conversations. Then he said he was just waiting for me to complete my offer before he went, but by then I already had enough referrals so I just put it off and then I saw this, so I'm glad I never went through with it.

He's been banned from the Trade Module, his Tr has been dropped to -1 and I've PM'ed him to ask him to reply to this thread.

If he fails to do so then he'll be banned and his accounts placed on hold.

He also has scammed me. I greened on yourfreeflatscreens.com and have never heard back from him

Some of you complained the site owner of that freeandez.net site. If any of you got your credit revoked, then none of you are getting reimbursed for those offers finish on that site under that referral. That was bullshit.

I tried to get a quick green and then pay you guys back but no, you want everything hasty or you're going around calling people scammers.

I found this thread just after completing an offer for him. So far, I have no problem with him but I expect a paypal payment from him in the next few days.

I'll be patient for now but I won't be for very long.

Well, it's been a full week now and he hasn't even registered an email address for my referal yet. And yet I've completely done his offer earning him a green. WTF man? Are you so terribly busy you can't even take five minutes to complete an offer for somebody, let alone answer a PM?

I sent him a PM giving him 24 hours to contact me. If I don't hear from him, I have to assume he's scamming and will have to take action.

I only have so much patience.

I asked him to at least contact me. He did and he said he would probably have my money on Friday. Friday went by and no paypal. I gave him 24 hours to pay me. If I don't receive it, I'm going to request he be banned.

He may not be scamming us but he's definitely not holding up his end of trades.

Okay, so still no payment from EvilLestat2. If I cancel my account on yourfreeflatscreens, will he still receive credit? Is there anyway to get my referral back?

In this thread alone it seems he has scammed about seven or eight people. I know he's been banned from the trading module already but I think it's safe to say he's a scammer and can be added to the scammers/bad traders list.
