	I paid laststand2006 30 paypal after he went green for me. however, his account was placed on hold today. what should i do get get my paypal money bac?

	File a paypal dispute. If you listed the sale as "goods" say that you never got anything. They will have to provide a tracking number (nothing was sent so he cant) and yu get the $$ back. If you selected "service" file a dispute wait for them to probably deny your claim and then do a credit card chargeback if possible. If you didnt pay by a credit card funded payment and your claim is denied give him a call.

If they deny the dispute or he already emptied the account you can file a chargeback with your credit card company if you funded the payment with a credit card.

	Try to fund your payments with a credit card. (if you have a balance request a withdrawl to send your $$$ to your bank account) Attach a credit card to your paypal account and when/if you get scammed you can use a credit card chargeback as a last resort.

ok. thanks. I sent paypal under Goods and when I open a dispute, they ask for what the Goods is, do I select Virtual Money?
